Using this website
You may use this site to find out what we do and to get in touch. Please do not use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and please do not attempt to interfere with how it works.
The text and photographs on this site are ours. The job photographs are of real work we have carried out. Please do not reuse them elsewhere without asking.
We keep the site as accurate as we can, but service details and availability change. Nothing on this website is a contractual offer.
Quotes and prices
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on what you have told us and, where we have not visited, on the photographs you sent. If the job on the day is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before we start and agree a revised price with you — we will not simply carry on and invoice you more.
Any prices mentioned on this website are indicative. The price that applies is the one in the quote we give you.
Booking work
A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a date with you. If you need to move or cancel it, please give us as much notice as you can. If we need to move a date — bad weather is the usual reason in this trade — we will tell you as early as we can and rebook at your convenience.
Waste we remove
Everything we remove from your property is taken to a licensed site and you are given a waste transfer note. We cannot take asbestos, tyres, paint, chemicals, gas bottles, fridges, freezers or anything else classed as hazardous — those need specialist disposal.
Please make sure nothing you want to keep is in the material you have asked us to clear. Once it has gone to the tip it cannot be recovered.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance for the work we do. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website itself, such as reliance on information that has since changed. If in doubt, ring and ask.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
